No Bake Reeses Fudge Bars!

If you have a real sweet tooth for chocolate and a addiction to Reese's this is definitely for you!! I had a dessert pot luck for work and of course I went to Pinterest for ideas. I was kind of hesitant about this, I didn't know how hard it would be to make this but to my surprise it was pleasantly easy!!!

Ingredients:
22 Individual (uncovered) Reese's cups
3 cups chocolate chips
&
1(14 oz) can of condensed milk

just 3 ingredients you say?? why yes!!! told ya super eazzzaaay!

Now for the Directions:

Line a 9x9"pan with foil & spray with cooking spray.. (I didn't have cooking spray so i took a napkin dabbed it in oil and spread it around my pan) Place the peanut butter cups in an even layer on the bottom of the pan (you should use 16 on the bottom)

Then Place chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat stir until chips and milk are melted together.
Once everything melted together, spread evenly over peanut butter cups in prepared pan. Immediately sprinkle with crumbled Reese's, pressing them lightly into the fudge.

Cool until Firm. Cut into squares & serve. Enjoy(:

Chicken Pillows!

Thanks to Pinterest I have now found another amazing delish recipe!! Chicken Pillows are super easy to make and my boyfriend’s family totally loves it!! Points for me! (; lol

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) can Crescent rolls
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
2-3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1 egg
1 sleeve Saltine crackers (crushed)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
2 spoons full sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Now don't all these ingredients sound bomb to you!!! Do people still say that?? Bomb? ... That's the bomb!? hmmm idk, anyways...Here we go!!

First preheat your oven to 400 F

Soften 1/4 cup butter and 8oz. block of cream cheese. Then stir to a smooth consistency.
Add cooked shredded chicken to the bowl. (If you do not know how to cook chicken just
Defrost it, grab some chicken, thighs, legs, breast whatever you have, and put it in a pot to
boil, and wuala! After its done cooking, let it cool add some cold water if you don't want to
wait and just start shredding your chicken with your fingers)
Next,
Lay out the crescents on a cookie sheet. (Stretch the crescent out)
Place a couple spoon full of the creamy chicken mixture into the center of the crescent to fill it. Then fold the crescent around the mixture so that none of it is showing.
In a separate smaller bowl, put the egg and a little bit of water, maybe a couple Tablespoons worth and beat together. Dip the "pillow" into the blended egg. After dipping into the blended egg, proceed to dip it into the crushed saltine crackers and place on cookie sheet. Repeat for the remaining crescents.
Cook the pillows at 400 F for 20 minutes. Keep an eye on them your oven might cook them quicker.
For the sauce topping: Put can of cream of chicken and milk into a sauce pan. Add as much milk as you want to get it to the consistency you want i.e. thicker or runnier. When hot enough add 2 spoon full of sour cream and cheese to your liking.
There you go!! I hope you enjoy it!

A.C. Drive In - Burley, Idaho

Rate: 4 out of 5
Hate waiting!!

Please excuse the man in this picture, I don't know who he is, but of course i will give him the credit. (: It is the only picture i could find.

So, I used to go to a Small burger joint next to Burger's Etc. in Rupert which recently changed its name to Happy Kamper Cookery. I loved going there as a child, and my mom would always take me because there used to be a brown bag special, which consisted of 3 hamburgers for $1.00 imagine that!!! Ah-mazing!!! Of course they stopped doing it and I was sooo bummed!!

I never actually looked at this place as somewhere I'd like to eat.  I always pass it on my way to work but never pay much attention to it. One day something inside of me said what the hell, lets try it! I only remember coming here once and having onions rings which in my mind they were delish, although it was so long ago, i cant really remember.. any who enough about my long life story.

I ordered a Farmer Brown and to my surprise it tasted like the hamburgers from back in the day!! Dear Lord!!! How I felt like a child again!! The burgers are expensive but I would pay for the memories in a heart beat!! I really enjoy this place!!

Well except for the waiting in my car w/ out ac in the hot ass weather!!! It sucks dying of heat exhaustion while waiting for a well deserved burger!!

So stop by A.C. Drive inn you'll enjoy it! <3

Honey Walnut Shrimp!!! (minus Walnuts)

My favorite Honey Walnut Shrimp (minus Walnuts) recipe!!

Why minus Walnuts? Well... I'd probably prefer the nuts, but I am just not that patient and last time I added them I accidentally burned them lol, but this is just as good!!! Plus, it is super easy!!

Ingredients:
Shrimp ( I usually buy the super cheap $5 medium-large bags at Wally Word-Walmart)
3 egg whites
1/2 cup corn starch

Sauce:
3Tbs. Mayonnaise
3Tbs. Condensed Milk
2Tbs. Honey
1/2 squeezed lime juice

First before you start peeling your shrimp grab a deep frying pan, and put your oil in it, enough to where you can fry your shrimp, let that heat while you start peeling your shrimp, make sure if there are frozen and your thawing them in water dry them with a paper towel.

Next mix the egg whites with the cornstarch. I use a mixing bowl once that is mixed put around 10 shrimp at a time and mix them into the batter, one at a time put the battered shrimp in the frying pan until they are golden brown then take them out and place them onto a paper towel covered plate to let the oil out. Repeat the process until you have fried all of your shrimp.

once all of your shrimp are fried.. It's time for your sauce!!!

Mix the Mayo, Condensed Milk, Honey and Lime juice! Woouala!! done!! Taste it!! if it needs a little more lime juice or honey etc play with it a little until its to your liking (:

Now that we have our sauce go ahead and put your shrimp in, mix and you are done!

There you go! Honey walnut shrimp!! better than Panda Express!!

Now for a side, I just used plane white rice!! Read the directions on the bag and add a little soy sauce..

Enjoy!

Main Street Burger-Burley, Idaho

RATE: 4.5 OUT OF 5
"REASON BEING ITS SO GOOD, THAT IT IS ALWAYS SOOO BUSY, AND THE LINE IS LONG!!"

I was looking for a great burger place that wasn't Burger King, or Mcdonalds, and my boyfriends coworker suggested we tried Main Street Burger. I had not even heard of the place and I work right next to it!! We decided to try it out and it is delicious! They serve fresh hamburgers, nothing seems overly frozen and they have fresh cut fries. I would definately recommend, but not if you have to go back to work in the next 30 minutes, if so order ahead of time. They are only open on certain days and from 7am-3pm
